so, showers and storms in the forecast for us tomorrow. again at noon error a.m., we think the showers are in place and likely be here for most of the rush hour. by noon, 65 degrees. a shower or thunderstorm and at 4:00, we can't rule them out either, a shower or thunderstorm and again, by 4, the bulk of this is out of here and won't be shocked if there was a piece of sunshine for some of us before the sun goes down tomorrow. and this is the setup in the atmosphere. the jet stream taking a big dip again with the trough developping in the midwest and that has the effect of pulling and tapping the tropical moisture up and through the east coast and going to get some good rains out of it. the possibility of a few storms here and there and we'll watch to make sure none are spinning. right now, we're not expect pick the storms to go severe on us. the many concern would be they have a good amount of rain that they're able to tap. and that is where the heaviest rain is, east of d.c. an inch and a half to two inches over the bay. the eastern shore

my heartiest welcome and my heartfelt thanks for being here and undertaking this great mission with us. now there will be a temptation on the part of those observing or covering this summit, perhaps on the part of those of us attending it as well, to say that our purpose is chiefly to advance the rights of women, to achieve justice and equality on women's behalf. and that is of course a noble cause to be sure and one that is very close to my heart. but at the risk of being somewhat provocative at the outset, i believe our goal is even boulder, one that bush bolder, one that extend to all women. the big challenge we face in the early years of the 21st century is how to grow our economies and to ensure shared pro's parities for all nations and all people. we want to give every one of our citizens, men and alike, young and old away, greater opportunity to find work, to save money and pursue happiness, to live up to their own god-given potential. that is a simple vision to state. but to make it real, to achieve the economic expansion we all seek, we need to unlock a vital source of growth
